EVERY SUNDAY, DIRECTLY AFTER SERVICE
You are not alone.
Prayer at Grace is not something we do; it is who we are. We are a praying people. Through prayer, we grow in our personal relationship with God. Through intercession, we partner with God to establish His heart, His will, and His purposes in our families, our church, our city, our nation, and the world. Prophetic prayer ignits purpose, hope, and identity through the gift of prophecy.
Wherever you are in your personal prayer life, God wants to take you higher. We are here to serve you in that quest! The rewards are eternal!
WHAT TO EXPECT
We invite you, the Grace family and visitors, to come receive a moment of inspiration form our prayer team. Prayer and prophetic ministry happens Sunday directly after service. Following service our prayer team members will be standing infront of the autirorum. Simply make your way up front, introduce yourself, explain a little of your circumstance and our team will begin to pray with you.
WHAT WE DO
The Prayer Team responds to the ongoing prayer needs of Grace Family Church. Grace receives prayer requests from our members via the website, weekly response cards, phone calls, and email. The Prayer Team is made up of Grace members who have committed to praying for these needs on a daily or weekly basis.
The Prayer Team members receive a weekly email containing Prayer Requests submitted for that week. You must be a Grace Member to join the Prayer Team.
After you register, we’ll contact you to discuss your volunteer interests, answer any questions you may have, and assist you with joining our team.
Many prayer requests are posted to our APP. Visit MYGFCAPP.COM or search your app store for “My GFC App”.
We offer prayer ministry training throughout the year. Information is posted on our website and app. Resources and training on mp3 links are available per email request.
Prayer of Salvation:
“Lord Jesus, I ask You to come into my life and forgive me of all my sins. I confess my sins before You this day. I denounce Satan and all his works. I confess Jesus as the Lord of my life. Thank You for saving me. I believe with my heart and I confess with my mouth that You rose from the dead. I am saved. Write my name in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Today is my God-day with the Lord Jesus! I pray this prayer to the Father in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
The Lord’s Prayer:
9 ‘Our Father in heaven, we honor your holy name. 10 We ask that your kingdom will come now. May your will be done here on earth, just as it is in heaven. 11 Give us our food again today, as usual, 12 and forgive us our sins, just as we have forgiven those who have sinned against us. 13 Don’t bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the Evil One.” Amen.’ – Matt 6:9-13
The Apostles’ Creed:
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again;
he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
